All orders ship in plain, unmarked mailers. There is no Prime Axis Labs branding on the outside of the package — no logos, no company name, no references to peptides or research compounds of any kind.
Discreet shipping is a non-negotiable part of how we operate. Your privacy matters.
All orders include USPS tracking. Tracking information is sent to the email address you provide at checkout once your order ships.
Research compounds are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on opened or used vials under any circumstances.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of expected delivery and we will work with you on a resolution.
No refunds will be issued for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
